🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! TIZARI offers worldwide shipping. When placing your order, simply enter your delivery address, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your country. You’ll be able to review this cost before completing your purchase.
📦 Order Status
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
❌ How Can I Cancel My Order?
To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation. Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are based on estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary slightly. Orders are shipped from Morocco using DHL Express or FedEx. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.
Estimated delivery times:
-USA & Canada: 4–7 business days
-Most of Europe: 2–3 business days
-Rest of the world: 6–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Enjoy free international shipping on orders over $300 USD, with the exception of smaller items requiring special packaging.
All rugs and carpets ship for free worldwide, regardless of order value.
💡 Customs & Import Fees
Please note: All our products are shipped from Morocco. Customs and import duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
🔄 Return Policy
You may return your order within 20 days of receiving it. To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless:
-You received the wrong item
-Your order was damaged
-The product was defective
In these cases, TIZARI will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you can choose either a replacement item or a full refund.
